A financial therapy group for grown-ass adults who are good at feelings… and bad at money.
Rachel Duncan, MA
Certified Financial Therapist™ + Art Therapist
Learn how to intentionally spend, save, pivot, plan, and actually process your money story in a small, cozy group led by me, Rachel Duncan, Certified Financial Therapist™ and Art Therapist.
The Money Reset is part classroom, part emotional processing hub, part community hug.
It blends financial clarity with creative tools, depth work and emotional safety.
📅 8-week intensive + 6 weeks of support & integration
🏡 Hosted inside the Money Healing Club
“I was worried it would feel too vulnerable to talk about money in a small group, but instead it felt safe and supportive. Being with the group week after week showed me how we all have our own stuff to work out in our relationships with money.”

Let me guess…
You’re self-aware. You’ve bought the books. You’ve therapized your inner child. You can spot an avoidant attachment style from across the room.
But your money? Feels like a forgotten box on the shelf that’s been there… a while.
Maybe you’re…
Overthinking every purchase, then impulse shopping at midnight
Freezing the moment you open a budgeting app
Carrying a gnawing sense of being “behind” — despite doing so much work
It’s not that you haven’t tried. You have.
(Cue the cute Etsy planners. Half-read money books. Budgeting apps you abandoned after 3 days. That one awkward fight about pricey cheese.)
But nothing stuck. Or worse — it felt cold, rigid, or low-key soul-crushing. Not you.
That’s why I created The Money Reset.
After years as a therapist hearing the same money shame stories on repeat — and living my own — I knew we needed a different kind of space to get better with money. I’ve sat across from hundreds of sensitive, smart, grown ass adults who feel like angsty teens when it comes to money.
The Reset is a money program that actually meets your emotional reality. One that teaches practical skills by starting with compassion, creativity, and deep psychological healing. The spreadsheets come second.
What is The Money Reset?
An 8-week intensive group experience to help you:
Understand your money patterns (without the shame spiral)
Build structure that doesn’t spike your nervous system
Shift from chaos to clarity (with people who get it)
Learn to spend, save, and plan in ways that feel like you.
Then we add 6 weeks of integration inside the Money Healing Club — because transformation takes time, support, and repetition.
Your Journey at a Glance
This isn’t about quick tips or restrictive spreadsheets. It’s about exploring your unique money story and moving into a new money chapter, with gentleness and community the whole way.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll:
Explore and heal your money blocks
Understand what’s driving your spending
Get cozy with the parts of you that keep you stuck
Build a doable, shame-free financial system
Then? You’ll stay supported for 6 weeks inside the Club, where you can ask questions, practice new habits, and stay connected with Rachel and the crew.
The Money Reset Curriculum
Each module mixes healing tools, creative exercises, and practical steps you’ll actually use. No gold stars. Just real change.
-
No numbers yet — just your story. We start with how you learned money (or didn’t), explore your emotional wiring, and kick off your first creative project.
-
Impulse spending isn’t about willpower. We unpack the science of spending, look at your deeper needs, and get curious without judgment.
-
Through an Internal Family Systems lens, you’ll meet the inner parts that are arguing with each other about credit card debt (for example). You’ll give them new jobs — and some long-overdue compassion.
-
Finally: the structure. We’ll co-create a system (starting with a spreadsheet, option to hop on board an app) that feels clear, not punishing. You’ll leave with tangible next steps and tools.
-
6 weeks inside the Club to ask, share, reflect, and stay grounded. Many participants stick around after — once you find your money people, it’s hard to leave.
You’re not the first to re-set.

Pricing
We use a sliding scale to honor different financial realities with clarity and care. This quick guide helps you choose the tier that fits your current situation, not your worth. At checkout, you’ll choose the price that best fits.
Standard Price — $797 in full (or 3 monthly payments of $288)
“I can meet my needs, I can buy many of my “wants”, and I value supporting equitable access for others.”
✅ You have steady income
✅ You can take vacations and invest in self-improvement services without strain
✅ Paying full price feels appropriate and aligned
Supported Price — $657 in full (or 3 monthly payments of $237). Only 3 spots available at this price
“I can meet basic needs but have limited expendable income right now.”
✅ You pay your bills, but extras feel tight or stressful
✅ This price feels like a stretch, but not a hardship
We welcome and encourage those who identify as a member of a historically marginalized group to select supported pricing, including but not limited to BIPOC Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities or other systemically excluded identities.
If neither price will work for you, consider the Club at $59/mo as a gentler entry point to start your money healing journey

Meta, right? Yes, the program costs money… to help you spend less. But really, this program is about healing the patterns underneath your spending, borrowing and saving so your money starts to feel safe and yours. There’s a good chance (although no guarantees) that you’ll see more in your savings account by the end of this program. Engaged members typically see (and feel) lasting financial benefits.

Totally fair. Money is tender. This space is private, kind, and pressure-free. Some folks share a lot, some lurk and soak it in. Both ways are valid. I ask that you look at those butterflies in your stomach and ask them into your heart. Many members are surprised how the group aspect of money work becomes their favorite part of the experience. I know you might doubt that, just trust me.
-
Because of the digital/group format, all sales are final.
-
Yes, gently. We’ll introduce a spreadsheet halfway through, then look at apps (if you want). Honestly, the budgeting piece only sticks once we’ve softened the shame first.
-
Yes. Every class is recorded and available through Dec 2025. But — attending live is where the breakthroughs happen so please prioritize attending.
-
Not overnight. But you’ll start noticing patterns and relief fast (which is huge). Change takes practice. Sometimes it feels harder before it feels better — that’s part of the process.
-
You’re not. If you’re here, you care. That means there’s hope.
-
We’re nerdy-nice, anti-shame, pro-weird. If you’ve ever felt judged in other money spaces, think of us as the Dave Ramsey Recovery Center.
-
Nope. While a lot of our members are women or femme-identifying, The Money Reset is open to anyone who resonates with our approach. We are a feminist space — and feminism is for everyone. So is pink. What that means here: we take inclusion, safety, and respect seriously, and the reality is that access to personal finance education has left a lot of folx out, and they are welcome here. You can check out our community guidelines for a vibe check and to see how we operate.
-
The Money Reset can provide emotional healing but it’s not clinical therapy. That means no insurance coverage — but yes, get the tissues.
